Fascia gun is a rehabilitation tool that massages muscles and fascial tissues through high-frequency vibration. Its core components are brushless DC motor (BLDC) and motor control motherboard, electromechanical control technology plays an important role in fascia gun, and the following are the specific applications:

 I. Motor control method Non-inductive square wave control: six-step phase change of the motor is realised by detecting the motor's reverse potential over zero point, thus controlling the motor's operation. This method is less costly, but the starting and low-speed operation of the motor control accuracy is relatively low. Sensory control technology: the use of sensors (such as magnetic encoders) to collect the motor angle and speed signals, and then through the microcontroller for precise control. This way can achieve more accurate speed and torque control, suitable for fascia guns with higher performance requirements.

Second, the control function Speed control: Adjust the speed of the motor by changing the input voltage or current of the motor to achieve the vibration frequency of different gears.

For example, the common fascia gun has several gears, users can choose the appropriate vibration intensity according to the massage parts and needs.

Torque control: By detecting the current of the motor, when the current reaches the set threshold, the control circuit will automatically adjust the power output of the motor to limit the torque and prevent the massage head from causing excessive pressure on the muscle tissue. Forward and reverse rotation control: The motor's forward and reverse rotation is achieved by changing the motor's power supply phase sequence, thus changing the vibration direction of the massage head. Some fascia guns use forward and reverse rotation to adjust the amplitude to achieve different massage effects.
